With soccer season in full swing, my little guy is always hungry right after practice. I have done the normal soccer snack of fruit slices, a little sandwich, etc but sometimes its fun to switch it up a little. As a mom on the go all the time, I am always searching on Pinterest for easy to make snacks and especially ones that do not involve any baking. Who has time to pre-heat the oven, bake and then cool down. I am so excited about the latest no bake recipe I am crushing on: All-Star Soccer Bites.
Ingredients You Will Need
1/4 Cup Nestle Nesquik (or chocolate powder substitute…ground cacao bits are also good) Chocolate Powder
1/2 Cup Nut Butter (Peanut, Almond, Sunflower, Cashew, Etc)
1 Cup Oats (I prefer Gluten Free)
*optional 1/4 C Raisins, Nuts or Banana
How to Make
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Roll into golf-sized bites or desired size
- Chill for a minimum of half an hour in the refrigerator (I like to put them in overnight)
It should make about 18-20 balls depending on size. This literally takes minutes to make. I like making these right before bedtime and then presto they are ready to snack on in the morning. I always make extras because soccer snacks are also a HUGE hit with parents too. I promise you that you will be crushing on this no bake soccer snack too!
Enjoy your BITES!
