The weather has definitely warmed up and we are all feeling the Spring vibes, which means more time for walks outside, more daylight and more beautiful weather to enjoy. So if you are a mom, it just might be time to break out that stroller and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. This brand new Joolz Stroller just might be what you are looking for.
On March 9th, I headed over to The Handle Co for the US debut of Joolz (@myjoolz)…a luxurious new stroller and baby product line for the US from the Netherlands. Joolz has some of the most gorgeous baby/toddler goods I have seen lately. They have products that range from the stroller systems (meaning a bassinet can be switched out for a stroller seat) to blankets, swaddles and more. I was coveting the organic cotton blankets for myself until I realized they are baby sized. Maybe one day they will come full size. They were very breathable, durable and aesthetically pleasing.
Strollers are in the $1000 range depending on what accessories and options you choose. All strollers had wheels that do not puncture (always a must for me), detailed leather trim on the handles and such and the ability to convert the stroller from a single seat to a double stroller with the addition of an extra seat.
We were treated to fresh juices upon arrival and light brunch bites from Greenleaf were provided. After learning about the stroller systems, swaddles and blankets we were then educated on the social responsibility of the stroller. For every stroller sold, they plant a tree. Additionally, Joolz loves collaborating with other socially responsible companies.
One of the other highlights of the event was being introduced to my new guilty pleasure dark chocolate with almond sea salt by Tony’s Chocolonely (@tonyschocolonely_us@tonyschocolonely). Obsessed does not even begin to describe my new love of this chocolate, not to mention it is extremely socially responsible. What I love most about these chocolate bars is that the pieces are not uniform shape as to represent that all pieces of chocolate, like people range in size and shape. YES!
