5 Ingredient Asian Brussels Sprouts

After going to Katsuya for their infamous fried brussels sprouts, I was in foodie heaven. The moment that every crispy brussels sprout hit my lips, I could not wait for the next one. I knew right then and there that I had to figure out a recipe that mimicked the seasoning but definitely could not fry them for daily consumption. Here is what I came up with:

What You Need:

Brussels Sprouts

Liquid Amino Acids

Rice Vinegar

Sesame Oil

Fine Ground Pepper

Large mixing bowl

Cookie Sheet lined with Aluminum foil

Chop Brussels Sprouts
Season to Taste
Bake at 375 Degrees

What You Do:

  1. Half or Third chop your brussels sprouts
  2. Put them into the mixing bowl
  3. Set the oven to 375 degrees
  4. Lightly add pepper
  5. Drizzle sesame oil all over your sprouts
  6. Add rice vinegar and liquid amino acids to taste
  7. Take a cookie sheet and line it with aluminum foil and spread your sprouts out
  8. Bake until crispy (about 45 minutes)
