- Meditate: The noise and chaos of people asking questions and demanding answers can cause anxiety. Make sure you sneak away and take time to breathe. It can be as quick as closing your eyes and taking 3 HUGE breaths to a 20 minute deep meditation. No matter what you chose, you will feel much more centered after breathing.
- Exercise: Some how, some way find 2-45 minutes to get your endorphins pumping. This will
instantly boost your mood and the rest of your day. It can be anything from a quick sun salutation in your living room to taking a pilates class or jogging a few miles. It doesn’t matter…just do it! Plus it will make you feel better in your dress on your wedding 🙂 - Eat Healthy: We all want to look picture perfect in our wedding dress on our big day, but eating a healthy, balanced diet is the key. Starving yourself is not the answer! Eating a proper diet will leave you with a shiny head of hair, glowing skin and lots of energy. Make sure to hydrate yourself. 6-8 glasses of water a day. Eating well and staying hydrated are key elements to being the ultimate bride
- Stay Focused on why your getting married: YOU are getting married to YOUR dream partner. This is the reason you are having a wedding in the first place. Make sure that you and your partner take time out of wedding planning to enjoy each other without any wedding talk. Keep the love and romance alive!
- Know that things will go wrong: Yup! You read that correctly. Things CAN and WILL go wrong and that is OK.
