No matter how early I wake up in the morning, it always seems like I don’t have enough time to sit down and eat a proper breakfast. I came up with my every day go to green smoothie that I can drink on my way to dropping off my kiddo at school and pre-workout. Super easy and quick to make:
Ingredients
Spinach
Banana/Frozen Pineapple
One Scoop Garden of Life Raw Meal (Natural Flavor–it has less sugar and 20g of protein per serving plus more)
Seasonal Berries
Almond or Coconut Milk or Both
*Sometimes I toss in Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds for fun
How to Make it
Take all the ingredients and pop them into the Vitamix and Bam! 1 minute later you have a nutritious breakfast to go. So tasty even kiddos will drink it up!
