- I try to wake up and smile and think to myself…TODAY WILL BE A GOOD DAY
- I put on my workout clothes…one less excuse not to get my endorphins pumping sometime during the morning
- I have become addicted to “mantra”shirts, one of my favorite brands being Spiritual Gangster. I love finding a word or saying that starts my day off on a positive note
- I eat a healthy high protein and fat breakfast coupled with some good, clean fish oil and other essential supplements
- BREATHE…when I start to feel stressed or overwhelmed, I take a few minutes to INHALE deeply and EXHALE deeply. I do this about 10 times and all of a sudden the world feels much more manageable
