After going to Katsuya for their infamous fried brussels sprouts, I was in foodie heaven. The moment that every crispy brussels sprout hit my lips, I could not wait for the next one. I knew right then and there that I had to figure out a recipe that mimicked the seasoning but definitely could not fry them for daily consumption. Here is what I came up with:
What You Need:
Brussels Sprouts
Liquid Amino Acids
Rice Vinegar
Sesame Oil
Fine Ground Pepper
Large mixing bowl
Cookie Sheet lined with Aluminum foil
What You Do:
- Half or Third chop your brussels sprouts
- Put them into the mixing bowl
- Set the oven to 375 degrees
- Lightly add pepper
- Drizzle sesame oil all over your sprouts
- Add rice vinegar and liquid amino acids to taste
- Take a cookie sheet and line it with aluminum foil and spread your sprouts out
- Bake until crispy (about 45 minutes)
