I know, I know its still September and yet every where we look we see Halloween and Christmas decorations already. Yes, I Christmas decorations are already coming out! Ekkkkkssss! I was just at the Dollar Tree and I saw these great black plates and candle sticks and thought to myself…these would be great for Halloween treats and snacks but what else could I add so it would feel spookier….and then it hit me….a skull. That would be so cool at the top and still keep this Halloween decor budget friendly at $5.
So What You Need:
1 Large Black Plate
1 Medium Black Plate
2 Glass Candlesticks
1 Plastic Skull
Hot Glue
It is a pretty basic assembly. Large black plate on the bottom, then attach a candlestick to the center of the plate. Once dry, glue the medium black plate to the candlestick attached to the large black plate. Then glue on more candlestick and then glue skull to the very top. That’s It! So spooky and fun! Add your treats and it will be so spooktacular! I also love that you can’t find this piece in the store since you made it yourself. A custom decor piece on a shoestring budget.
