May 2nd at Above Sixty in Beverly Hills, Target Style revealed their 2017 Target Swimsuits and Resort Wear line. I have always been a HUGE fan of Target’s swimwear collection because it is just so cute on the hanger and totally on trend for the summer. All the while the price point is so budget-friendly that I tend to buy at least one suit per season, but lets be real its more like a few. Trends change after all right???
This year Target has taken their Swim and Resort Wear to a new “must-have” level for me. I got to preview and select a few of my favorite pieces. Definitely a first world problem, but I had a tough time narrowing down some of my favorite swimwear pieces, the resort wear I had already Pintrested (I might have made up that word) for our vacation that we were supposed to have taken to Cuba. I had a vision already, so I knew what pieces fit was I was looking for. A good sun hat with structure that still folds up into my beach bag that was not a fedora since I already had one, a straw beach bag, lace up gladiator sandals and a good cream cover up. I was also looking for some modern cat eye sunglasses. What I didn’t know I needed was a crochet bikini.
Here are my 5 favorite pieces that are must-haves for Summer 2017:
- Halter Top bikini
- Crochet Bathing Suit
- Something with Neon (we are having a HUGE 90s resurgence)
- Aviators or Cat Eye Sunglasses
- Large SunHat and/or Fedora
