Lego Movie 2 : The Second Part Excitement

Just about a year ago, we fell completely back in love with legos with Lego: Ninjago and Lego: Batman before that. What is not to love about legos having awesome adventures and triumphing over evil…after all isn’t that how we imagined our lego creations coming to life after we spent hours upon hours building them? Carrying on our household obsession with Legos…Warner Brothers sent us a Sweet Mayhem’s Systar’s Starship to build in anticipation of the brand new Lego Movie 2: The Second Part is coming out in February.

As a homeschooling mom, Lego’s are ALWAYS welcome in our home so this was the best mail day ever. I love that legos take so much concentration, direction following and ultimately the confidence that is built from perservering through all the frustrations of building intricate lego creations. You can see that the moment a new box of awesome looking legos arrives…somebody is quick to start building by himself.
