Growing up in the 90s, My Little Pony was pretty much life. In fact, I still have my childhood My Little Ponies safely boxed away. I love that as an adult these classic toys now have an animated series and movies to bring your toys to life. The beautiful themes for life are woven throughout every show and movie I have seen. There is such a strong emphasis on showing true friendship and how believing in yourself are key to life.
Last week, we joined the voiceover cast and crew to celebrate the Season 9 of the animated series, which will sadly be the last season. We also celebrated the 200th episode of the show. We loved meeting the “voices” of our favorite characters in person at The London in West Hollywood and getting a sneak peak of the the first two episodes of the final season.
After the sneak peek of Season 9, the cast talked about how over the past 10 years they have become a real family and have become part of a very special My Little Pony community. They shared beautiful stories of how this show has helped kids get through some very tough times. This show reminds kids that everyone has something special to share, that we need to be inclusive and we are all better together.
So this weekend if you are looking for a sweet and cute show for your babe, this is the one to watch!
