June 11th marked the first time that QVC presented Super Saturday LIVE on the West Coast at the Historic Santa Monica Barker Hangar! People all over the country were able to participate in “buying for a cause” benefitting Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation Association (OCRFA) via their TV, mobile device and tablet from 4-6EST. Designer accessories, apparel, beauty products and jewelry were marked down at least 50% of the suggested retail price. Shopping certainly felt much more guilt-freee with 80% of the purchase of donated merchandise benefiting OCRFA’s mission to end ovarian cancer. dOMAIN PR certainly knows how to throw an amazing event!
The teal carpet was FILLED with celebrities like Molly Sims and Rachel Zoe (co-hosts of the event), Deshaun Barber Miss USA 2016, Brad Goreski, Ian and Erin Ziering, Jodi Sweetin, Melissa Rivers, Lisa Rinna, Tammin Sursok, JoJo Siwa from Dance Moms and so many more.
There was fun for the whole family. Besides scoring great shopping deals, there was an entire outdoor area filled with food and kiddo fun. Chrysler Pacifica had an area where The Beat Buds played, Tegu Blocks, Video Games, Kiddo Golf and Basketball fun were happening. Face painting and animal balloons were everywhere. We scored yummy eats from Pink’s Hot Dogs, Fresh Brothers Pizza, Zen Foods, Suja Juice, Sprinkles Cupcakes, Bai Juice and more! One of the fun drinks I did not get to try but wished I had was the Blue Ice Vodka. It is a potato vodka, non-GMO and only 52 calories…could you ask for anything more???
