Brunch with One Potato Box by Catherine McCord (Weelicious) X Mom.Me

March 13, 2017

Sunday, March 13th I headed over to West Hollywood to celebrate One Potato Box by Catherine McCord of Weelicious. It was a beautiful brunch hosted by Mom.Me with decor by Wild Child Party at a picture perfect home found by Kid And Coe. There is no better way to finish off a gorgeous weekend than by getting together with amazing women eating delicious food.

All the food was by One Potato Box is a weekly box that delivers Organic, pre-prepped ingredients and family friendly recipes. Most of the recipes are things I wouldn’t normally make for dinner but because they are pre-prepped it is way more time efficient to make not to mention it is all organic. What I also love is that One Potato has no commitment, comes in a recyclable insulated box and you can customize your delivery to accommodate dietary restrictions. It’s honestly a dream for a mom like me.

Love this Tablescape Wild Child Party

Back to the brunch, it was buffet style where we could make our own taco salads. All the recipes for everything were on the table and could easily made by you in a subscription box. The food was fresh and flavorful. I could have easily gone back for secinds and let’s be honest…thirds but I was distracted by all the other amazing things to eat and drink.

This food was perfection!
Love these mamas!

There is nothing better to pair a taco bowl than with a spicy margarita care of Casa Amigo tequila. So good! I also treated myself to fresh coconut juice and a tea tasting. I cant think of a better Sunday Funday than this. Food and drink were amazing, not to mention that the women I spent the morning with were so inspirational and engaging. I love meeting powerhouse women.

My arrangement

One of my favorite parts of the afternoon was making a flower arrangement with an empowering message that someone else would take home. I was lucky enough to take home Barrett of Valley Brink Road’s gorgeous bouquet.

Cant wait to open this good bag! Stay tuned!

Now back to my 12 cups of coffee this morning to adjust to “Springing Forward…” love the increased daylight but waking up the hour earlier in the dark…not my jam this am!
