Summer is approaching so that only means one thing…backyard s’more making time! While I love a good s’more, I love switching it up. I had never really thought about doing that until we went camping with a girlfriend of mine and her kids and she came up with this idea of s’more game changers. I was a little hesitant to try but once I did I was hooked. One of my favorites is strawberry jam with with your s’more…the only thing that makes it even better is if you make the jam from scratch.
What you need:
1 Large Lemon juiced
1 lb of Strawberries
2 tbsp of Granulated Sugar
How to Make it:
Add all ingredients to a pot on low heat
Let it reduce
Add additional sugar or a touch of honey to taste
Sooooo good! We also made a loaf of bread from our pizza dough recipe and put a tiny bit of plant based butter and this jam…out of this world. Can’t wait to hear what you think.
