I know, I know everyone thinks they have the best guacamole recipe but while I don’t know if this is the best guacamole recipe in the world, I do know it is a family favorite and party favorite. We never have a drop of this guac left EVER so that has to mean it’s pretty darn good. What I love about this recipe is that it is super easy, simple and fast to make and when you have two little kids you know that’s super important.
Here is what you need:
6 Giant Avocados
1 Big Bunch of Cilantro
3 Big Limes
Pomegranate Seeds
Parmesan
Salt to taste
1 Shallot
How to Make it:
Scoop out the avocados and place in a big bowl, then you will finely dice a shallot and cilantro bunch and add to the bowl with the avocados. Squeeze at least three big and juicy limes. In my opinion, you can never have enough fresh lime or cilantro in your homemade guac. Mix and mash it all together. Next top your guacamole with pomegranate seeds and freshly shaved parmesan and get ready to taste test the best homemade guacamole you have ever had in your life! Something about the pomegranate seeds mixed with the fresh lime and savory of the parmesan cheese brings out this amazing taste. I promise you will be making this over and over again and it will the hit of any family gathering or party you throw. Also I would note that the Lime Chicas Corn Chips are the perfect chip to dip in this guac! Our family fave!
