New Year, Same Me! Same favorite salad, same favorite workout…same same!
I used to be big on resolutions at the beginning of every new year but now I think every moment of every day is the perfect time to make change. I do love that the practice that my girlfriend @lovestalgia does of having a fun word of the year. So this year my word is FLOW
Like water, go with the flow. When I find myself facing an obstacle this year, my goal is to find a way around it. In the past I have gotten myself mentally stuck because I was so fixated on a dream coming true in only one way. It was as though I wanted to plow through the rock and break versus just finding a gentle way around. Now I’m a big believer in having a dream/idea and letting it come true however the universe sees fit and not necessarily on my timeline. Sometimes the biggest blessings have come from what feels like out of the blue and not trying to force things when I so desire. This isn’t the easiest shift for me but I’m excited to have a fresh new year to mentally reset and try new things. Trying my best this year to simply go with the flow and let life flow. What is to be will be when it is meant to be ❤️
